Detailed Review

First Impressions

For something under 4000 rupees, it felt premium. The metal body has a nice heft to it, not that cheap plastic feeling you get with most budget bands. My 14 year old nephew immediately asked if it was an Apple Watch, which tells you something about the design.

How I Tested This

I wore this thing non-stop for 6 weeks in Delhi. We are talking peak May heat where I was sweating buckets during my morning walks in Dwarka Sector 10. I tracked my sleep through those awful power cut nights when the inverter kept switching on and off. My wife used it for a week during her yoga sessions. I even wore it during swimming pool sessins to see how water resistant it actually is. It survived the water splashes just fine.

Battery Life – The Real Star

Pebble claims 45 days battery life and honestly, I got around 41-42 days with heart rate monitoring on, notifications enabled, and SpO2 checks twice daily. This is genuinely impressive. My old Mi Band 5 barely lasted 2 weeks with similar usage. I charged it just once in March and once in April. For someone like me who constantly forgets to charge devices, this is a blessing.

Health Tracking Performance

The heart rate sensor is reasonably accurate. I compared it with my father’s Omron BP monitor pulse reading and it was within 3-5 BPM most times. SpO2 readings were consistent around 97-98 for me, which matched our home oximeter. The body temperature monitoring is a bit gimmicky though. It showed 36.2 degrees when I clearly had slight fever according to the thermometer. HRV tracking is there but honestly, the app does a poor job explaining what the numbers mean.

Sleep tracking worked decently. It correctly identified when I woke up at 3 AM because the neighbor’s dog was barking like crazy. But it sometimes counted my late night phone scrolling as light sleep instead of awake time.

The App Situation

Here is where things get frustrating. The Da Fit app is clunky and takes forever to sync. Sometimes it just refuses to connect and I have to restart Bluetooth. The AI Health Analysis feature sounds fancy but it basically gives generic advice like drink more water and sleep 8 hours. Nothing I did not already know.

Build Quality and Comfort

The metal body looks great but it does get slightly warm in direct sunlight. Not uncomfortable, just noticeable. The silicone strap is soft and did not cause any rashes even with heavy sweating.
